Muslims coming to Christ in dreams?

It might prove profitable for more vetting of experience via exegesis of Scripture. With respect to folks posting here, there does seem to e quite a bit of unvetted experience left standing as “gospel truth”.

I have ministered among some from Muslim backgrounds (Iranians in this case) who have told me of either themselves or others who came to Christ through the instrumentality of dreams. I have no contact with them presently to check and see how their walks are, but I think the confirmation of such testimonies need to be tied to the perseverance of their faith over the long haul. As noted above per Confessional warrant, the Lord may work as He will in extraordinary ways.

An important thing is that in such dreams the "revelation" is not "extra-biblical", as it is the Word of God calling them to repentance and/or faith in Him.

This is like in Daniel were the King says did we not through 3 people in why do I see 4 and one that looks like the Lord. However we know that was probably not Jesus because they knew nothing about Jesus at that time. So how do Muslims know if that is Jesus in their dreams ..... This could get Dispensational very quickly. I would like to think that Jesus is coming to them in their dreams that would be the best dream anyone could ever have bar none. Most of the Muslims I have helped starting going to Church they had read some material not tracks but small books giving a good out line or larger books with a good description of what a Christian is and most of them did receive what they had read.

Yeah I know what you mean so instead of guessing it's just to leave it alone .........
I personally do tend to think the 4th person was the pre-incarnate Christ, mainly because I'm inclined to believe that there are other theophanies in the OT and also because Nebuchadnezzar seems to have thought so as well.

But, I'm guilty of leading this thread away from the intended topic. So, enough from me.
