Basically a general adult Sunday School class of an hour a week. And certainly beyond what may be found in a communicant class, but scaled down from inclusion of every systematic topic, to fit time parameters. Berkhof could be whittled further to fit, and is likely a book to be appreciated for personal library addition of class members, unless something better is suggested.
Go through Machen’s Christianity and Liberalism. It’s not an actual systematic theology, but it looks at liberalism through the lens of every major head of Christian doctrine. So you get the main theological points, but you also get the immensely practical piece of knowing where liberals go astray in each category.
