Hi! Looking for some reading material on the deep doctrine of reprobation. Any recommendations?
Especially interested in how reprobation differs from predestination/election. Election/predestination being God actively saving people and reprobation being God passively leaving people in their lost state. This being the reason that those who are saved can only ascribe glory to God for their salvation and the in hell can only ascribe their damnation to themselves and not be able to blame God. The best two treatments of this doctrine I have read so far is from William Shedd and John Girardeau. Thank you!
