I wonder who decides the starting time for these games. Whoever it is obviously doesn't have to work for a living and get up for work early the next morning. I suppose, since it was at NY, we can blame it on the Yankees (as a Red Sox fan, I'm ok with that).

My son filled me in a little on the details in the morning. Guess I missed a good game - good outcome, too.

I did watch the opening exercises,though. I thought it was really neat to see so many of the 'old timers' there. Pretty exciting.

They were so worried about another tie. They should amend the rules to allow players to return to the lineup once extra innings are required.
