I got the 4 vols of Thornwell's collection (Banner edition reprint) with shipping from England for an utter steal. Of course, we're talking 10 years ago too, but I think I paid something like $40, or $10 per volume, and that included shipping costs. I couldn't have got even one volume in the US for that.
