Adam, to U2U someone, click on the green "U2U" box at the bottom of a post of theirs, or click "U2U" near the top-right of your screen, click on "Send U2U" and type their username (with spaces) into the "Send To" field.

You can also send multiple U2Us (like emails) by putting the usernames (EXACTLY as they appear, INCLUDING SPACES) and separating them by commas in the to field (e.g. Scott Bushey, fredtgreco, pastorway)
