I came across this rather interesting comment by the Westminster divine, Thomas Goodwin: "... so accordingly in the manuscript copy sent by Cyril, that worthy patriarch of Constantinople, to king Charles I ..." (Works 5:475)

He is usually linked to Ussher. It would be interesting to discover if it went beyond this.
