This list doesn't even include the most basic things like:

How can non-life become life,

How can a mindless principle (evolution) create natural laws and life,

How can male and female evolve at the same time and find one another to reproducue (one mess up and they cease to exsit)

How can a spine evolve, eyes, evolve, etc.

If light a particle or a wave,

Exactly what is gravity and what casues it?

How does the mind remember things?

What is time? What is space?



Does love, justice, honor, evil, goodness exist or are these man made categories to keep society in check. And if so, why is it that man seems preprogrammed to believe in these concepts without physical proof. And why do science departments have ethics committees sometimes?

Yes and why do they censure each other for plagiarism? In university I found that anything goes EXCEPT that!
