I can't get if this guy is serious, or if this is tongue in cheek.

Don't have too much time to go through the site, but the picture of the "pope" standing near a stack of hay near his grandparent's farm in Kansas certainly is one-of-a-kind.

He is serious. A number of anti Vatican II bodies are out there. This is one of the very few that has its own Pope. They believe that Vatican II proclaimed heresy as truth. Therefore they think John XXIII was schismatic.
