Please pray for Dr. Michael Horton, systematic theology professor at Westminster Seminary in California.

He has been hospitalized with both Covid-19 and pneumonia.

I saw it shared on Facebook yesterday in the Meredith Kline Group and then later by someone on Twitter. I thought about posting it here but thought I'd refrain since I don't have any first hand knowledge.

I saw it on my Twitter feed, shared by responsible Christians. I've checked the seminary's website but, as of early this morning, there has been no mention of it yet.

UPDATE: Per Cody S. Edds (an M.Div student tweeting from Chattanooga) on my Twitter feed, Dr. Horton is improving and expects to be released from the hospital sometime next week. Keep praying, folks.

Believe me. You are short of breath when that happens. It is no fun. It is basically dying and you feel it. My mitral valve was basically gone and the blood just regurgitates right back in after it pumps out. I was in a valve clip study for 5 years on the Control side. I had to wait for the device till the end of the study. I was miserable. Losing my mind because you can't think straight miserable. After they installed the mitral valve clip I was young again. LOL.

Glad that that he is getting care. It is a scary feeling when you are out of breath and can't seem to catch up.
