It's summer - but the weather is wrong

Yesterday was the first day of the English domestic cricket season, the start of summer. But the weather has been hot and dry, with a nice gentle breeze. The start of the season is generally accompanied by gales, heavy rain and hail - so the new guest players from hotter climes can be seen with four or five pullovers (I think you call them sweaters). Doesn't feel quite right somehow.

Yes it has been rather....weird to be in shorts and t-shirt in March! Early (and end of) Summer perhaps?

In the center part of the US (Missouri) it has been unusually warm for a long time. We never had much of a winter. All the trees and flowers bloomed about 4-5 weeks early. Very strange. Maybe the Myan's are right and the end is in December and He wants us to have a nice last year as far as weather goes. lol

The last few days here have been more like July than March. Alas I do believe that after tomorrow it's going to go back to normal. Ah well, summer was nice while it lasted.
