The part where Guy starts freaking out about going down to the planet because he's "Crewman Number 6" is great.

When the Engineer tests for air by breathing in and out is funny.

That movie is chock full of hilarious scenes.
 
Zoolander

The scene where Zoolander's male model friends cheer him up by getting Orange Mocha Cappucino's and die in a freak gasoline fight accident.

The scene where Zoolander yells: "Merman, Daddy. Mer-MAN!"

The scene where Will Ferrell yells: "I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!"

Has anyone seen the state room scene in the Marx Brothers A night at the opera. More and more people crowd into a very small room aboard a cruise ship until finally someone opens the door and they all tumble out.

I agree with Matthew Galaxy quest is hilarious.
Also, in the early 70's Streisand and R. O'Neal made a wonderful screwball comedy called What's up doc.
