I honestly don't know how I missed that one. BTW, I lived in Wilmington for years. How are the Philly Deli (J. Michaels) and the Dockside these days?

Haven't been to Dockside in a couple of years but Philly Deli still serves up great hoagies and grinders! We love it here, but we have only been here about 2 1/2 years. I spent most of my life in Florida - Orlando, to be precise. So the FSU/UF/UM rivalries were always big news! My football passions are still in the Sunshine State, but I gotta admit - NC is a pretty good state to be a B'ball fan!

I was shocked when I heard. I went to bed with Bose having the game well in hand. It does, for the moment, save college football from a lot of hurt feelings. I'm a fan of the BCS, but this season could lead to a change toward a playoff.

Wow, Florida looked really, really, really bad today. Just think -- if Georgia had done what it was supposed to do and beaten them (instead of choking in OT), Florida would be 6-6 right now.

Also, if Urban Meyer hadn't "unretired" after last season, everyone would be looking at this Florida team, blaming the coaching staff, saying Meyer is a genius, etc. Now, not so much. Right now, it looks like Meyer won two national championships with 1) Ron Zook's recruits and 2) Tim Tebow.

Florida looked really, really, really bad today.

The offense looked like they had never practiced together. Was that a strategy to try to confuse the defense, or were the players that unfamiliar with the plays.

As for the Georgia game - Tech isn't going to beat them tonight, but they may well managed to beat themselves.
