Supralapsarianism

OK, my lack of knowledge of theological terms is going to shine through here, but I have to ask: What is supralapsarianism? I found this definition. Is it accurate?

Phil Johnson's article is accurate. The Wikipedia article completely misses the boat, as the difference has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not God decreed the Fall (since both positions hold that He did).
