While it has the dreaded words "Karl" and "Barth" in the title, it is supposed to be a competent defense of the traditional Protestant reading in light of recent challenges. Horton quotes it approvingly. I know it is in the volume Justification in Current Perspective, which I have requested via ILL, but I was hoping it would be online.
