This was my experience in the night season last week.
" When I do thee upon my bed
remember with delight,
And when on thee I meditate
in watches of the night."
I was brought to consider the holiness of Almighty God, and to conclude that
it is the paramount attribute of His nature. I reasoned that all the other properties
would be carnal without it. Would the brethren agree?
That led me to ponder on the glory of God, and to deliberate whether it is an attribute
or the sum total of all His moral excellences. What think ye?
