How do I say "Do not discard" in spanish?

I have to sit something outside my office but do not want the cleaning people to throw it away.

I ask because from my experience with the online translators is they often make people sound like robots and do not translate phrases in modern tongue too well.

When I want something thrown away I write "Basura."

So how do I say not basura?

(It is probably more simple than I think)

Don't say, "No desecho". That literally means you don't go to the bathroom, which is not something that, even if true, you necessarily want your cleaning guy to know about.

POR FAVOR NO TIRE

should do the trick.

Gabriel, your statement is literally: "Please, no trash". That might be taken as a personal reflection!
