Free church website hosting?

Does anyone know if there are any organizations that offer free website hosting for churches? My church is seeking to launch a website, but we are on a budget (not too many Presbyterian and Reformed folk in East Texas.) We had found www.reformednet.org, which offers free hosting for Reformed churches, but haven't been able to get a response. Their site says it was last updated July 04 but the main page news look a little old. (It's actually a pretty cool site; you have to subscribe to one of the major Reformed confessions before they will host; see http://www.reformednet.org/refnet/admin/agrm-chc.htm )

So if anyone can recommend a place where these services are offered at no cost, or some other low cost alternative, my church and I will certainly appreciate it.

Christian Web Host made a similar offer at one time. I use their services for some websites.
