My first impression is that I am sad this happened. The dead sea scroll and rare bible exhibit contributed to awakening my interest in Puritans and church history. This museum also had several good paintings of biblical themes which were destroyed. Another part of me is reminded that all things return to dust and to only put stock in heavenly treasure.
