When you study scripture (prepare for sermons), do you find that there is often no comment, or a comment unlike, what you ascertained from a passage / verse when you check it in commentaries? I wonder how preachers keep teaching us new, solid, gospel-centered stuff without being able to necessarily check it against someone else's findings.
