Best time and goal management / productivity software

Hello,

Trying to track my use of time.

This is a vital need in language learning since this becomes an odious task when the jungle heat tires my brain.

I am also, trying to chart my times of exercise and even playing and training my children.


What would you suggest for the best time management software?

I am looking for something like this, but cheaper:

I can't really see this software well on my phone, but it looks interesting.

I use David Allen's Getting Things Done system. There are innumerable programs to use with it. I use the GTD Outlook plug in. You can find it in a Google search (Netcentrics is the company). It is very nice, but requires Outlook to be your "trusted system."
