1 Cor 4:1 read: "Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God."

Reformed writers often cite this passage for the proposition that only clergy should administer the sacraments. The idea is that the "us" applies to Paul and the other clergy and is not a reference to him and the Corinthian laity.

Does this passage apply only to the clergy or to all the Corinthians (and, by extension, to all believers)?
