I believe there is a denomination called the Evangelical Reformed Church in America, it looks like the above is a particular church.

Are you thinking of the ERPC = Evangelical Reformed Presbyterian Church?

I don't think so, but wondered that myself. I'm just repeating the name as I saw it somewhere else (where I really doubt it was a typo).
