Publication has never been a month into the next year before, but the tardiness aside, the 2019 v15 issue of The Confessional Presbyterian journal is here and available. Some quick pay links are at the link below for the current and for back issues that are on sale. One of the exciting things we've been able to do over the years in addition to offering first rate articles by Presbyterian and Reformed scholars is publish first time transcriptions of discovered manuscripts. For instance: portions and snippets of two heretofore unknown sermons of George Gillespie (on Ps 2, v14, on observing Christmas, v15), similarly a full sermon preached by James Durham to Glasgow synod on Eph 4:12 (there have also been several articles on extensive Durham manuscript holdings in various libraries), a list of books the Westminster assembly 'borrowed' for their research library out of Laud's personal library, as well as some American Presbyterian mss. Get the current and back issues on special offer with the links in a note on Facebook at the CPJ FB page. Or see the store as well as contents pages for each issue to see what may be of interest at the website link in the same attachment. https://www.facebook.com/notes/the-...sale-and-other-offers-2019/10156663670173434/
