Tyndale unicode Hebrew

I'm having trouble with Windows 10 recognising the Tyndale unicode Hebrew keyboard. The Greek works fine. The Hebrew was bundled with the Greek in the same file, but it won't show up in Language Preferences. There is only the Standard Hebrew keyboard, which would take too much for me to re-learn now. Any ideas?

Rebooting seemed to be the only solution for some that worked.

Have you tried Shibboleth:
