trouble with email msn`

Was wondering if some one could point me in the right direction with email problem?? I tried to log on to my hotmail account and was informed that it has been blocked due to someone sending out spam. (Imagine that I do not even live in Hawaii). I followed their directions, received a code , created new password, entered old password, and they say my old password does not exist. Tried and tried but no luck due to no old pass word. So I guess some one changed my password. Tried to follow directions for help and I'm told I must log in. So I log in but my old password does not exist I guess. Very frustrating.

I need to get to my old email account I have new ancestor info. on it but can't get it. Is there any help for me? I know that can be a loaded question.

There has to be a way to contact msn directly. People's passwords get changed by crooks all the time. Unless you can contact the provider directly, I guess there is simply nothing you can do.
