The Works Joseph Hall

At a used bookshop here in the Netherlands i can buy the 12 volume set of Joseph Hall, ( The Works). Does anyone read some of his works , is it worty to buy ? I hope someone can give me so information, if his works are worthy to read ?

Works?? I didn't kow he had a set of those. I have his Contemplations of the Old and New Testaments (3 Vol.s), which I find very interesting. He does mine some good jewels through his meditations. .
