From the Christianity Today article:
"Other conservative-leaning churches in the RCA, as well as those in the Presbyterian Church in Canada, the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRC), and the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), are also discerning whether to join the ARC, according to Vink."
Probably a reporter's error. From the PCA, it would more likely be a liberal-leaning church. But if neither the reporter nor the editor are familiar with Reformed alphabet soup, those kinds of mistakes get made. Why would a “more conservative” PCA church consider going to ARC with ordination for women unsettled? By definition it would seem ACR is less conservative than a baseline PCA church.
