Tapatalk Transfer to New Phone

I recently got a new Android phone and have successfully transferred all of my apps from the old phone to the new except for Tapatalk. I purchased the subscription late in 2016 to do away with the sometimes offensive ads that come with the free version. However, I cannot get the app to recognize my premium subscription information. I have had two unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Tapatalk support. Therefore I'm wondering if any of our PB Tech Gurus might be able to suggest other options I might try in order to sort out my situation.

On a mobile phone device it would be the best alternative.
