What books on the resurrection would you recommend most? Not looking for books on the evidences of the resurrection but more devotional in nature and with the purpose of showing what resurrection achieved.

On a side note, why do you think there are so many great books on the cross (which is very important) but not too many to choose from in comparison to the topic of the resurrection? For the resurrection is what gave the cross all its power. Blessings!

For His Glory-

I think you're right; there should be more books on this subject. I don't have a book to recommend. But as a bite-sized starting place, and one that could keep you chewing on good observations for some time, I would highly recommend Ursinus's commentary on Q&A 45 of the Heidelberg Catechism. The whole catechism commentary is available here.
