Responding to a Roman Catholic's defense of the mass

We're grateful for the kind words. I simply wish/hope that some of our more gifted scholars would improve our meager effort. At the time, when we saw the need for such a work, I thought I had at least 2 options . . . sit around and whine, or get busy doing something about it . . . and the next 6 1/2 years following was that attempt to do something about it.

I do think that the work of Michael J. Kruger on the canon is the fulfillment of part of my wish/hope .. . but I am straying from topic.
