Rash anger, either that which is altogether without just cause, or which, upon some just cause, arises to an undue measure. And is not this the ordinary disease of the greatest part,—an habitual bitterness of spirit, that is put out of its seat and troubled with every trifling cause, peevishly stirred up with the shadow and imagination of a wrong, where none is done?
