At www.genevanpsalter.com/music-a-lyrics someone has done a nice job of providing Genevan Psalter lyrics in the English language, and music and a recording of each Psalm.

Their is no Anglican equivalent of this in either Plainsong chant or Anglican Chant.

Is their a similar treatment of the Scottish Psalter?

I don't know of everything in one place, but here are some resources on the Scottish Psalter that include the pieces:

Recordings of the Scottish Psalter (and other Psalters from the Scottish tradition), mostly sung in congregations: http://www.thepsalmssung.org/
Text, notes, tunes, and recordings (but not a great interface, mostly downloads): http://projectpsalms.net/
Interactive web app with text and a few tunes to play along: http://charisdevelopment.com/Psalter/TableOfContents?res=smv&chapter=1

Thanks for the helpful resources.

The Protestant Reformed Psalm Choir has a wonderful selection of Psalms from the old 1912 United Presbyterian Church Psalter up on You Tube. These are done with organ accompaniment. Those are wonderful to listen to; but because of the musical accompaniment these are not the best examples to share with our Nepali friends.

A few other resources, howebeit less on-target to what was asked in the OP.

Growing collection that should have text, tunes, and recordings (I don't know if they intend to have a recording of the entirety of each psalm): http://www.thewestminsterstandard.com/
Only recordings (they link to CCRPC, which also has downloadable text somewhere with the recordings): http://scottishpsalter.com/recordings/
Systematically going through tunes, although no full psalm is recorded (just the first 2 stanzas of sample psalms), although I think (don't recall for sure) a couple of recordings have a note here or there that is a little flat or sharp: http://fpchurchvancouver.ca/split-psalter-melodies/
