Please Forgive Me - Just One More Question About Puritan Index (P. Du Moulin)

Hello, please forgive me for crowding the forum with these random questions. I just have one more for the time being. What would be the proper place to put Pierre & Peter du Moulin? Would it be in the alphabetical last name category of "D's" (for Du/du Moulin) or "M's" (for Moulin)? If you were searching an index where would you look? Thank you for any help; much appreciated.

It can be done either way, per the Chicago Manual of Style. Personally I would look for it under D, for du Moulin. Just like I would look under D for de Gaulle or da Vinci.
