    It doesn’t save anyone. Only makes salvation possible.

    It doesn’t pay the penalty for sin or satisfy God’s wrath.

    Jesus would have had his physical body dead and buried, but would still be in hades with natures of God and sinless Humanity....

    Jesus never would have actually gone to hell, despite the Creed, as He would have been in Hades itself, or Sheol, basically the domain of the dead.

    The writers of the Creed meant Sheol, not Infernus.
