NA25 vs. later editions?

Does anyone on here happen to have insight into how much the text of the Nestle-Aland NT actually changed from the NA25 (the last edition, as I understand, using the older method of producing the text) to the NA26-28? I know the NA26 is when they substantially reviewed the text in light of 20th century finds, and no longer used the method of primarily comparing other printed editions, but I'm curious how much it actually changed the text. Any insight into this would be appreciated!

The NA26 has an appendix called Textuum Differentiae (Editionum Differentiae in the NA27) which documents all of these variants (NA25 is marked by N).

I don't believe this appendix is in the NA28 though.
