Puritan Board Doctor
This is from Goodwin, and is quoted in A Puritan Theology, edited by Beeke /Jones (p. 39) with ellipses:

[T]hat God had a Son a old as himself...and equal to himself...That this man Jesus Christ should be in heaven when he was on earth...That that God that made the law should be subject to the law...That God, who is nothing but spirit, should have blood to redeem men by...That he, that is God blessed for ever, should be made a curse...That God should never be more angry with his Son than when he was most pleased with him (originally from A Discourse of the Glory of the Gospel, in The Works of Goodwin, 4.274-5).
