As I was reading Mark 14 (and cross-referencing with the other Gospels) it dawned on me that Judas appears to leave at some point in the evening. Did he in fact stay and partake of the Lord's Supper?
If not was Jesus "guarding" the table? We might never know if someone is in a fit state to partake of communion but Jesus certainly did!
