I am reading Beeke and Jones's magnificent A Puritan Theology. In the section on Charnock, it notes that the Remonstrants questioned the doctrine of simplicity. In the footnotes it references Turretin, 3.7.1. Does anyone have the actual source that Turretin is referencing?

If that is volume 1, topic 3, question 7, section I, reference is their Apology ("Apologia pro confessione sive declaration ... Remonstrantes," 2 in Episcopius, Operum theologicorum [1665], pt II, p. 129.

See Apologia pro confessione siue declarationes sententiæ eorum, qui in Fœderato Belgio vocantur Remonstrantes, super præcipuis articulis religionis Christianæ. Contra censuram quatuor professorum Leidensium, inscripta nobilibus, prudentibus ac potentibus D.D. Deputatis & Consiliarius Ordinum Hollandiæ & West-Frisiæ (1630), 41 at the link below:

They say there's nothing about simplicity in Scripture, but it is wholly a metaphysical disagreement.
