Liturgy for Covenant Renewal of Marriage Vows

A Christian friend went into the military, young, and he and his wife had a quick courthouse marriage.

Now, being settled and out of the military, he and his wife would like to have a wedding that is more of a "covenant renewal ceremony" since they are already married.

He asked if I had officiated anything like that, and I pointed him to the WCF chapter 22, and its expansion (i.e. to consider vowing and what that is and or means). But he is looking to set down some king of "ceremony" (as in a wedding ceremony) but not explitely since they are already married, but never had a wedding.

Does anyone have any resources that outlines or gives an example of something like this that I might be able to pass on to him?

Certainly there are marriage ceremonies galore, but this is a bit different, and needs tweaking.
He needs the "tweaked" outline as to what people have done in the past in circumstances like this.
