Also consider that the orchestration of the sacrifice looked forward to the gathering of the nations. The "noise" was typical of the sound which the Gentiles would make when they were gathered by sacrifice into the assembly of God's people and sang a "new song" to the Lord. We observe that the instruments are brought into immediate connection with the praise of the earth and the new song in Psalm 98.
