Is there a Greek-English lexicon that contains the words that are found in the Septuagint, New Testament, and the writings of the Greek Fathers? If so, which one would you recommend?

Bauer's Lexicon of the Greek New Testament and other early Christian literature is absolutely the standard.

See if you can get Bauer's second edition; the third makes an ignoble bow to political correctness in gender neutral language.
