He married me and my wife. Was my pastor for about 7 years.

Jack was a wonderful brother in the Lord. I only got to meet him in person once (last year at our synod in Perth, WA), but wrote with him from time to time. His love for the Catholic Church of Christ was infectious and admirable. He'll be sorely missed.

He was also my pastor, although for a much shorter time than Bayou Huguenot. Maybe 3 years or so. He also married me and my wife.

That church was sort of "traditional" when he got there, having split from another Presbyterian congregation that had gone charismatic, but he moved it to much more of a confessional and Old School stance.
