Messiah the Prince

William Symington
An enduring theological classic that presents one of the clearest expositions of Scripture in support of the proposition that Jesus Christ was appointed by the Father as King over all nations, a kingship to which civil government is to be subject. Hard, 242 pp. (Christian Statesman Press)

Yes, both are excellent, especially Symington's book, which is a classic study of Reformed Presbyterian teaching on the mediatorial kingship of Christ as it relates to both church and state.
