Duane Edward Spencer (August 27, 1920 - December 28, 1981). He was a native of Wichita, Kansas. He was married and had 3 children. He was just 61 at the time of his death.

He authored at least two publications: TULIP: The Five Points of Calvinism (1979) and Holy Baptism: Word Keys Which Unlock the Covenant (1984).
