Does Any Have Old Reformation & Revival Journals?

Hello brothers and sisters,

I am looking for volume 10:2 (2001) of the Reformation & Revival Journal, which is now out-of-print. If anyone has this volume is it possible that you could either scan and email me the article by Chad Van Dixhoorn on "The Making of the Westminster Larger Catechism," or, could you photocopy it and mail it to me?

I ask since Westminster Seminary California does not have this volume, Dr. Van Dixhoorn does not have it on his computer, and R&R is gone and I cannot find anyone to contact on the web. There is an online "pirated" version, but I need the pagination.

I do not know if this is the online "pirated" version, but I hope it helps. It is a great read dealing with the importance of the WLC.
