Ceremonial law and Gentile inclusion

Are there any resources highlighting the fulfillment of the ceremonial law along with the inclusion of the Gentiles with Jesus' ministry or later Apostolic missions?
It seems what little I find it is either NPP, NCT or Dispensational.
