My wife and I are interested in finding some good books on parenting (infant and toddler mostly). Any suggestions?

Also, has anyone heard of William Sears?

I would recommend Sheparding a Child's Heart by Ted Tripp.

We are acquainted with William Sears. He advocates "attachment parenting."

Withhold not correction by Bruce Ray is one work that I put on my must-read list for parents of little ones.

I just heard about a book called "Don't Make Me Count to Three" by Ginger Plowman, haven't read it yet but heard it was good and kind of a follow up to Shepherding a Childs Heart.

I have read some of Sear's stuff, I thought his pregnancy book was good. He is into having the children sleep with the parents and some things like that. I am not aware of him being a Christian and I think he is anti spanking.
