Not sure if you guys have seen this, but during a Q&A at Vanderbilt University a student asked Billy Joel if he could play "New York State of Mind" with him. Pretty cool response from Billy Joel.

I saw this a few days ago. Good stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if Billy Joel assisted him in jump starting his career in some way other than this performance. It's nice to see accomplished musicians admire a new talent.
