Best iPad app for annotating PDFs

I am looking for suggestions for an app to annotate (highlight, write in comments) PDFs on an iPad. I have an iPad Air (v4) with a second-gen Apple Pencil, so I have plenty of hardware; what I am looking for is the best app to mark up PDFs. Suggest away!

I use Foxit PDF for my sermon notes and while I haven't explored the annotation features that much or used it for heavy annotating it's been easy enough to jot down a thought using my Apple Pencil. So far it's been the best app I've found for preaching from a PDF on iPad but I'm curious what others use and recommend!

Just to get started, I have seen the following apps, but have not tried them yet:

• Liquid Text
• MarginNote

I also have and have used somewhat (probably not to full potential):

• Goodreader
• iAnnotate
• Nebo
